SPARC'S Opening Summer to be 2009

Dear Friends, Due to circumstances beyond our
control, we regret to inform you that SPARC will
not open in 2008 as planned. However, we are
continuing our efforts at fundraising and outreach
and are looking forward to a great opening session
in the summer of 2009. If you would like more
